Our client, a County Council based in the South-East, is seeking a locum Planning Lawyer on a full-time basis, for a minimum period of 3 months. This role is to be undertaken on a hybrid working basis, with attendance at the office preferred weekly.

Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

  • Negotiating, drafting and completing planning and highways agreements
  • Providing advice to the Planning team
  • Attendance at planning committee meetings
