Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Planning Lawyer to join a forward-thinking local authority on a remote basis. This interim position is based within the West Midlands and is initially for a 3-6 month period. They are looking for between 15-25 hours a week.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and well-established legal team, handling a diverse caseload of planning matters, including:
- Providing general planning advice, including support with an emerging Local Plan
- Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements
- Advising on highways agreements
The ideal applicant will have prior experience working within the public sector. However, candidates from private practice with relevant planning law experience are also encouraged to apply.
