Key Responsibilities: The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload, including: Drafting and negotiating leases Preparing licences Sales and acquisitions of land Landlord and tenant matters The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension .
