About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Civil Litigation and Housing Lawyer to join a highly respected local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a competent and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities of a Civil Litigation and Housing Lawyer include:

  • Dealing with a caseload of housing matters including housing disrepair and injunctions
  • Dealing with civil litigation matters such as debt recovery

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Civil Litigation and Housing Lawyer:

  • Experience dealing with civil litigation and housing matters
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with litigation rights
