Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join a small local authority legal team in the North West. This role is offered on an initial 12 month basis but is likely to be extended beyond this. Office/court attendance in person is required.

Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Lawyer:

  • To advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the protection and care of children
  • To competently carry a caseload of public childcare matters
  • To advocate when necessary at the Family Court
  • To provide policy advice and specialist Childcare services
