Sellick Partnership are recruiting an experienced commercial property lawyer to join one of our local authority clients. The successful applicant would join a small and friendly in-house legal team. The initial duration of the contract would be for 3 months with scope for further extension.
The role would be to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including:
- Leases
- Licenses
- Easements
- Complex title advice
- Disposals
- General landlord and tenant matters
The client is ideally seeking office attendance once a fortnight; however, fully remote working will be considered. We are ideally looking for a qualified lawyer with previous local government experience; however, candidates with relevant experience gained in the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
