Locum Contract Remote working with court attendance A well-regarded local authority in the south west region is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their Litigation team on a locum basis. This is a remote working role that will require occasional court attendance as needed. The successful Prosecutions Lawyer would ideally have previously worked in Local Government and be able to independently deal with a range of criminal matters including education prosecutions, trading standards, blue badge cases amongst other areas. This position also requires the candidate to be a Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate.
