Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a Principal Lawyer, with experience in either property or planning law to join their legal services team on a locum basis.

Responsibilities of the Principal Property/Planning Lawyer:

  • Line management of 3 Lawyers
  • Reviewing and updating processes
  • Undertaking a caseload of property or planning matters

Experience required for the Principal Property/Planning Lawyer role:
