Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-respected local authority in the Midlands. We are supporting City of Lincoln Council exclusively with the recruitment for a Commercial Lawyer to join their legal services team permanently. This will be an exciting opportunity to get involved with a range of commercial matters, procurements, and the development of leading practices.
Duties of the Commercial Lawyer opportunity will include:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Advising on all aspects of public procurement.
- Dealing with funding and grant agreements.
- To support and lead on the development of corporate issues.
- Liaising with internal, external clients, and stakeholders.
- To provide a comprehensive legal service to the Council.

Experience required:
Qualified as a Solicitor or Cilex qualified. We would be extremely interested in hearing from candidates with a private practice or public sector background.
