Commercial Contracts Locum Sellick Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing Local Authority client for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer. This is an interim contract with an initial duration of 3 months, commencing in September. The casework will include: Contracts and procurement advice Subsidy control Funding agreements Construction contracts (mainly JCT with some NEC 4 advice) Partnership agreements This is a hybrid working role with very occasional attendance required. We are looking for a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE with previous commercial contracts and procurement experience, as this role will operate under minimal supervision.
