We are recruiting to an exciting opportunity within a well-regarded London Borough Council for a Locum Litigation Lawyer. This is a hybrid working role with competitive rates, the assignment will begin on a 3-month contract but is likely to be extended on a rolling basis. Our client is looking for someone with hands-on experience working in the public sector.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of:
- Commercial property litigation
- Contract disputes
- Injunctions
- Judicial review
- Complex debt litigation
- Inquests
- Domestic long leasehold disputes
- Other general litigation
