Civil Litigation Lawyer

Sellick Partnership is looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established local authority on a locum working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with civil matters such as Injunctions
• Anti-social Behaviour Work arising from unauthorised encampments
• Closure orders
• Housing possession

This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government in Litigation. The client is ideally looking for a candidate who can attend court, but remote working can also be considered. The client is open to both part-time or full-time candidates.
