Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a London Borough Council on a locum basis. The role requires managing a personal caseload across COP proceedings, Mental Capacity Act matters, NRPF, ordinary residence, Judicial Review and advisory work, with office attendance once per fortnight.
The assignment is initially 3 months with the potential to extend, and offers hybrid working in London with umbrella rate of £55–£60 per hour.
