The level of support offered is unrivalled by neighbouring organisations and aids the smooth running of cases. You will be involved in challenging and rewarding work; work that will give you the satisfaction of accomplishment that comes from helping vulnerable children and their families.

You must have the ability to deal with a complex and demanding caseload, with excellent client care skills, and an eagerness to provide a high-quality service to our clients and local community. There is an expectation to conduct advocacy on cases, which is supported by training and guidance from experienced managers.

Courts are in the Warwickshire area, so any applicants must be able to travel to court on a weekly basis.

Your experience may have been gained from within a childcare setting within a local authority. Alternatively, this role would be well suited to a candidate from private practice who is seeking to move into the local government arena and gain a 360 degree view of Children's Law.

All I. will be provided by the end client, so this role can be undertaken entirely from home (apart from the necessary court hearings). My client offers flexible working hours and are open to considering part time working.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of childcare law. You will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive with a current Practising Certificate.
