The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join one of our long-standing local authority clients whilst they undertake permanent recruitment.

This is a fully remote role whereby you will manage a busy caseload of both care cases and some in pre-proceedings, alongside remote advocacy. Full-time hours over 5 days required.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer – solicitor, barrister with sufficient PQE to be able to undertake the role with minimum supervision. Ideally, applicants will have previous local authority experience; however candidates from the private sector who have significant, demonstrable experience of managing public law childcare cases are also encouraged to apply.
