Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with this Greater Manchester based local authority to recruit a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their well-established team. This role can be worked remotely but hybrid is preferred for advocacy.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of childcare cases and advising on all aspects of law relevant to Child Protection and Safeguarding.
- Communicating both verbally and in writing to a consistently high standard with the ability to translate and present complex legal advice in a way that can be clearly understood by a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills in Family Court where appropriate.
