Sellick Partnership are proud to be recruiting for an Employment Lawyer to join a reputable organisation in the North West on a locum basis while they undertake permanent recruitment.

Responsibilities of the Employment Lawyer include:

- To be responsible for the conduct of claims and litigation
- To undertake the representation, including advocacy when appropriate in the tribunals and courts, internal hearings and other procedures when required
- To provide advice and support to colleagues on legal issues affecting teachers in the region
- To contribute to the training of staff

The successful candidate will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered. Ideally some attendance in Bolton.
