Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a London based Local Authority to source an interim Head of Commercial to line manage the Planning, Property, and Contracts teams whilst also having expertise in Planning Law. DMO experience is also desired but not mandatory.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled and welcoming legal team. As Head of Commercial, you will be an integral part of a professional legal team delivering legal advice and support to all aspects of the Council's services.

The ideal candidate is someone who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident and robust in managing difficult situations. You will be a team player, have a flexible approach to work, and possess strong client care skills, being able to market the council's services effectively and efficiently.
You will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Chartered Legal Executive with a current Practising Certificate and experience in a local government setting.
