Up to £60ph (umbrella)

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an Adult Social Care Lawyer on behalf of a well-known London Borough Council.

The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will join the Council on an initial 3 month locum contract, with the view to extend further. Office attendance will be required twice per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking individual to join a prestigious legal team, undertaking a variety of work for the Council. The Adult Social Care Lawyer will be expected to manage a personal caseload of matters relating to:

  • Court of Protection (COP) proceedings
  • Mental Capacity Act
  • Mental Health
  • No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF)
  • Ordinary Residence
  • Judicial Review
  • Advisory work
