Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer on behalf of our well-respected Local Authority client. As the successful candidate, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes various challenges such as Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Ordinary Residence disputes, and Mental Health Act matters.
This is a full-time role however consideration will be given to part-time hours.
This is a fully remote working role
Duration of placement 3-6 months +
While previous local authority experience is desirable, applicants with relevant experience gained from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
