A reputable local authority in London is seeking to recruit an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their well-established team.
The Adult Social Care Lawyer will join the London Council to cover a maternity leave, however there may be potential to extend further. Office attendance is flexible and usually required a couple of times per month, however the candidate must be available to work full-time hours across 5 days per week. Fully remote working may be considered for the right candidate, depending on location and experience.
The successful candidate will be required to manage a mixed caseload of Adult Social Care matters including:
- Court of Protection (COP)
- Ordinary Residence
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS)
- Care Act
- Mental Capacity Act
This will be a great opportunity for a determined Adult Social Care Lawyer to develop their expertise, and take on a varied and interesting caseload, within an accomplished team.
