A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a highly regarded team within a Top 50 UK full-service law firm. My client has a market-leading, top-ranked Court of Protection team that is recognised for its expertise in advising vulnerable clients, deputies, attorneys and families on complex property and financial affairs matters. With a specialist team of more than 15 dedicated professionals, the practice is widely respected for handling high-value and complex Court of Protection work while delivering exceptional client care.
You will manage a broad caseload of Court of Protection Property & Finance matters, including deputyship administration, statutory wills, gifting applications, trust arrangements, asset management and wider Court of Protection applications. The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex work within a supportive and ambitious environment.
