An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wills, Trusts & Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded and specialist Private Client team in Shrewsbury. This is a great opportunity for a STEP-qualified Solicitor looking to work on complex, high-value private client matters, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, tax and trust matters.

The Opportunity:

  • You'll work directly with experienced Partners and senior colleagues, gaining exposure to high-quality work while managing your own caseload and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Your workload is likely to include:
    • Drafting complex wills and advising on estate planning
    • Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
    • Trust creation, structuring and ongoing management
    • Administration of high-value and complex estates
    • Advising on asset protection and wealth preservation
    • Providing clear, commercially focused advice to high-net-worth clients
    • Managing your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior Solicitors

About You:

  • STEP qualified
  • Experience across wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
  • Confident advising on Inheritance Tax, asset protection and capital taxes
  • Comfortable handling complex matters and working to deadlines
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Commercially aware and proactive
  • Confident building relationships with clients and professional contacts
