A well-established and well regarded law firm based near Heathrow are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior family lawyer looking to take on a leadership role within a supportive and flexible environment. The successful candidate will supervise a team of approximately four fee earners while maintaining their own caseload of family matters.
The Role
- Managing a varied family law caseload (private family, childcare and legal aid matters)
- Supervising and supporting a team of approximately four family law fee earners
- Assisting with the continued development and growth of the family department
- Contributing to the firm's strategic objectives and maintaining best practice standards
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer/Legal Executive with 5 years' PQE in Family Law
- Membership of the Family Panel and/or Children Panel is essential
- Strong experience in family law matters
- Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
