We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a fantastic team and deal with a mixture of Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability and other matters. You will be working within a team that have a busy caseload of Personal Injury Claims. These claims will consist of fast-track and multi-track claims and will consist of all aspects of the case from the pre-action stage up until disposal of the matter at trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims.
- Use a process of analysis, planning, scheduling, prioritising, action, quality, monitoring, and review.
- Giving early warning to those affected by changing priorities.
- Has up-to-the-minute case files readily available.
- Is capable of formulating robust litigation strategies and ensuring compliance with established strategies in group work.
Required skills and experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- Strong personal injury litigation experience is essential.
- Good drafting and written skills are essential.
- The ability to meet time and billing targets is essential.
- Experience in managing a busy caseload is essential.
- 2 years Post post-qualifying experience is desirable.
- Experience in personal injury claimant work is desirable.

- £50,000 - £80,000 pa salary dependant on experience and PQE.
- Contract Length - 9 months.
