We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing team, handling a varied caseload including Road Traffic Accidents, Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability, Public Liability, and related matters. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to become part of a forward-thinking and dynamic firm.
The successful candidate will work within a busy Personal Injury department managing both fast-track and multi-track claims. The role will involve handling cases through all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action through to trial conclusion.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor- Managing a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters.
- Applying effective case management through analysis, planning, prioritisation, scheduling, monitoring, and review.
- Communicating promptly with relevant parties regarding changes in priorities or deadlines.
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date case files at all times.
- Developing strong litigation strategies and ensuring adherence to agreed approaches when working collaboratively.
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- Proven experience in Personal Injury litigation is essential.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and billing targets.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE is preferred.
- Previous claimant Personal Injury experience would be advantageous.
- Salary between £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and PQE.
- Initial 12-month contract.
- Based in Surrey.
