We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a growing team, handling a varied caseload including Road Traffic Accidents, Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability, Public Liability, and related matters. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to become part of a forward-thinking and dynamic firm.

The successful candidate will work within a busy Personal Injury department managing both fast-track and multi-track claims. The role will involve handling cases through all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action through to trial conclusion.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor
  • Managing a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters.
  • Applying effective case management through analysis, planning, prioritisation, scheduling, monitoring, and review.
  • Communicating promptly with relevant parties regarding changes in priorities or deadlines.
  • Maintaining organised and up-to-date case files at all times.
  • Developing strong litigation strategies and ensuring adherence to agreed approaches when working collaboratively.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
  • Proven experience in Personal Injury litigation is essential.
  • Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and billing targets.
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE is preferred.
  • Previous claimant Personal Injury experience would be advantageous.
