You will advise on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including the grant, renewal and assignment of leases.
Property portfolio management.
Options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
Property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Development and site assembly matters.
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters.
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
