What will you be doing?
You will advise on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including the grant, renewal and assignment of leases.
- Property portfolio management.
- Options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements.
- Secured lending transactions.
- Property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
- Development and site assembly matters.
You'll also play an active role in supervising junior team members, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
