What will you be doing?
- You will manage a broad range of private criminal matters, including:
- Advising and representing clients at PACE interviews.
- Magistrates' Court advocacy.
- Crown Court litigation.
- Police station attendance and representation.
- Handling privately funded investigations and criminal defence matters.
- Supporting the growth and development of the private crime practice.
- Contributing to business development and networking activities.
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
What could make you stand out?
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Criminal Defence.
- Experience handling privately funded criminal work.
- Police Station Accreditation (preferred).
- Strong advocacy experience in Magistrates' and Crown Courts.
- Proven ability to generate or contribute to private client work.
- Experience in regulatory, fraud or serious crime matters (desirable).
