An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wills, Trusts & Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded and specialist Private Client team in Shrewsbury.
This is a great opportunity for a STEP-qualified Solicitor looking to work on complex, high-value private client matters, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, tax and trust matters.
The Opportunity:
You'll work directly with experienced Partners and senior colleagues, gaining exposure to high-quality work while managing your own caseload and developing long-term client relationships.
Your workload is likely to include:
- Drafting complex wills and advising on estate planning
- Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
- Trust creation, structuring and ongoing management
- Administration of high-value and complex estates
- Advising on asset protection and wealth preservation
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to high-net-worth clients
- Managing your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior Solicitors
About You:
- STEP qualified
- Experience across wills, trusts, probate and estate administration
- Confident advising on Inheritance Tax, asset protection and capital taxes
- Comfortable handling complex matters and working to deadlines
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Commercially aware and proactive
- Confident building relationships with clients and professional contacts
