An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Partner to join a highly regarded and specialist Family team in Shrewsbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family lawyer to take a leading role within a high-quality team, advising high-net-worth individuals and families while helping to grow the practice and develop junior talent.
The Opportunity:
You'll manage a sophisticated portfolio of work while building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
Your workload is likely to include:
- Divorce and separation
- High-value and complex financial settlements
- Children matters, including relocation cases
- Cohabitation disputes
- Agricultural family matters
- Managing your own portfolio of high-value clients
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the Shrewsbury office
About You:
- Extensive experience in Family Law
- Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients
- Technically confident across complex financial and children matters
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercially minded with a strong business development focus
- Confident building long-term client and professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and sound judgement
- Already operating at Partner level, or a Legal Director/Senior Associate ready for the next step
