Litigation Locum in Shrewsbury

Job Description I'm currently looking for an experienced Litigation Locum to join a well-established firm in Shropshire on a maternity cover assignment.
The role:

• Start date: October 2026
• Duration : 9-12 months
• Full or part-time considered - minimum 25 hours per week You'll take responsibility for your own caseload while supporting the wider team across a range of contentious matters. You'll be confident handling a broad mix of litigation. Experience in areas such as commercial disputes, contractual disputes, shareholder/director disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, fraud or professional negligence would be particularly useful. Experience with contentious property matters such as possession proceedings, boundary disputes and rights of way would also be advantageous, although this isn't essential. There may also be some opportunity to assist with claimant personal injury work. Interested?
