The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence files, including:
- Delayed diagnosis claims
- Surgical negligence
- Birth injury and catastrophic injury matters
- Fatal claims
- Consent and treatment disputes
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on complex, high-value litigation while also maintaining autonomy over their own files.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
- Previous experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently
- A compassionate and professional approach with vulnerable clients
- Experience within a reputable PI/Clinical Negligence team
- NQ candidates with relevant seat experience through to experienced fee earners are encouraged to apply.
