Senior Residential Property Solicitor – Surrey £70,000 – £80,000 Benefits 8 PQE I am looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor who is looking to lead and grow within a progressive and client-focused firm. My client, a respected legal practice in Surrey is seeking a Senior Residential Solicitor to take ownership of a thriving residential property caseload and play a pivotal role in the department\’s ongoing success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation in the property market. You\’ll manage a varied caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions. You\’ll also provide support and leadership to junior fee earners and contribute to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files Handling complex transactions and high-value properties Overseeing junior solicitors and conveyancers Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal obligations Contributing to the development and growth of the residential property department What could make you stand out?
