Senior Associate – Private Client Route to Partnership available Woking – Hybrid Working£70,000 – £80,000 BenefitsFull-Time, Permanent My client, a leading regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Woking. This is a standout opportunity for a private client solicitor with a strong technical background and a desire to take on leadership responsibility, with clear partnership prospects for the right individual. As a Senior Associate, you will manage a varied caseload of high-net-worth private client matters including: Wills, trusts and estate planning Probate and estate administration Tax planning (including IHT and CGT) Powers of Attorney You\’ll also be involved in mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development, and helping to grow the department\’s client base. The successful candidate will ideally have: At least 5/6 years\’ PQE with a solid background in private client law Experience advising HNW clients on complex matters Strong client care and communication skills STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable A commercial mindset and ambition to succeed What is in it for you?
