Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor ready to take the next step in your legal career? My client, a highly regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking a talented Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
As a key senior member of the litigation department, you will handle a broad range of high-value and complex civil and commercial litigation matters. You\’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload while mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the strategic growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration
Providing strategic legal advice to clients from a range of sectors
Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship management
Mentoring junior team members and assisting with departmental leadership
