A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive and collaborative team. The role would suit a solicitor who is comfortable working autonomously while delivering a high standard of client service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages
  • Handling freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process and ensuring matters progress efficiently
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
