An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing family team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with at least 1-2 years' experience in family law who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The role will involve assisting fee earners with a broad range of private family matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedy cases and private children matters. Responsibilities will include managing files, drafting correspondence and legal documents, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and third parties, and providing administrative support throughout the lifecycle of cases.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working as a Family Paralegal or in a family law team, with a good understanding of family law procedures and a strong attention to detail.
