Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier, Legal 500 ranked firm in Manchester who are looking for a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the team on a diverse and high-quality caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, development work, and landlord-tenant matters.
- Demonstrate strong commercial and technical expertise in handling a variety of real estate matters.
- Work closely with clients, providing advice and representation on a range of real estate issues.
- Participate in business development activities to help grow the practice and expand client relationships.
- Contribute to the growth agenda of the practice, supporting wider team goals.
- Develop and enhance your career, with opportunities to progress to the next level and beyond.
The successful candidate:
- 4 years + PQE in real estate law.
- Experience in real estate matters like acquisitions, disposals, development, and landlord-tenant issues.
- Ability to work closely with clients and provide effective advice.
- Experience in business development and building client relationships.
- Motivated to grow professionally and take on new challenges.
- Development experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
