We are working with a respected and growing law firm seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its expanding Construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality construction and development matters, supporting major commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The role offers strong progression prospects, hybrid working, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
- Advise on collateral warranties, professional appointments, guarantees, and bonds
- Support Real Estate and Corporate teams on development and transactional matters
- Provide guidance on Building Safety Act compliance and other related legislation
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (2-6 years PQE or equivalent experience)
- Experience in non-contentious construction or commercial real estate work
- Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness with a proactive and organised approach
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
