We are recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm looking to hire a Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its specialist disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex and high-value construction disputes for a diverse client base, including contractors, developers, consultants, and insurers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction disputes involving delays, defects, payment issues, and professional negligence
  • Act on matters via adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
  • Provide strategic advice on dispute avoidance and risk management
  • Work closely with clients to deliver commercially focused solutions
  • Assist with business development and client retention

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor (2-6 years PQE or equivalent experience)
  • Background in construction litigation or commercial disputes
