An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established Property Litigation team at a respected law firm.

The Opportunity
Joining a successful Property Litigation team, you will support fee earners across a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes while managing your own responsibilities and contributing to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on a wide range of property litigation matters
- Supporting with landlord and tenant disputes
- Preparing legal documents, court applications and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
- Managing client communications and maintaining case files
- Assisting with possession claims, lease disputes and boundary disputes
- Liaising with clients, courts and third parties
- Supporting fee earners on complex litigation matters
About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal within Property Litigation or a similar litigation environment
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and professional approach
