The Opportunity
Joining an experienced Property Litigation team, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support and training from experienced practitioners. The role offers excellent opportunities for development and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes
- Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting senior members of the team on complex matters

- Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
