Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor
- Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
- Advising on succession planning and tax efficient lifetime giving
- Obtaining grants of administration and administering estates
- Assisting clients with a variety of private client matters
- Building and maintaining client relationships and professional contacts
- Working across both offices in Chelmsford and Felixstowe as well as visiting clients
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor
- Qualified solicitor or legal professional with at least 4 years PQE in private client practice or equivalent
- Knowledge of all aspects of private client law and practice
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and manage own caseload
