Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor

  • Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
  • Advising on succession planning and tax efficient lifetime giving
  • Obtaining grants of administration and administering estates
  • Assisting clients with a variety of private client matters
  • Building and maintaining client relationships and professional contacts
  • Working across both offices in Chelmsford and Felixstowe as well as visiting clients

  • Qualified solicitor or legal professional with at least 4 years PQE in private client practice or equivalent
