Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner looking for your next challenge? We have an opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a firm in Nottinghamshire on a maternity cover basis starting in September.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad mix of private client work, including:
- Drafting wills and planning estates
- Handling probate and estate administration
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Provide clear and practical advice to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and third parties
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced team
- Use up-to-date case management systems to stay organised
- Receive secretarial support to assist with admin tasks
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of private client matters
- Solid understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
