Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner looking for your next challenge? We have an opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a firm in Nottinghamshire on a maternity cover basis starting in September.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad mix of private client work, including:
  • Drafting wills and planning estates
  • Handling probate and estate administration
  • Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Provide clear and practical advice to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and third parties
  • Work closely with a supportive and experienced team
  • Use up-to-date case management systems to stay organised
  • Receive secretarial support to assist with admin tasks
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of private client matters
  • Solid understanding of wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
