Our client, a leading law firm in Birmingham, is looking to recruit an ambitious Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join their Family team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning, growing team. As an NQ within the team, you will be supported every step of the way as the team is an extremely friendly and encouraging bunch. You will be trained and practiced in well-regarded family departments. You will work on an interesting case load of all aspects of family law and will play an active role in Business Development.
About You
The successful NQ Family Solicitor will:
- Have experience in key areas of private family law including divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications.
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Have experience in supporting senior fee earners.
