A leading law firm is seeking an NQ Employment Solicitor to join their nationally recognised and expanding Employment team, based in Leeds city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to develop their career within a respected team, working on a diverse caseload covering all aspects of employment law, from initial advice through to litigation. You'll be working closely with experienced lawyers, representing clients across a range of industries and sectors, and gaining hands-on experience with real responsibility from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on and managing a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, from initial instruction through to tribunal and court proceedings
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases and providing practical, client-focused advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a variety of sectors and professional levels
- Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives, including producing content and attending networking events
- Delivering high standards of client care and ensuring exceptional service delivery
About You:
- NQ solicitor (or above) with some experience in employment law
- Confident advising on a broad range of employment and industrial relations issues
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, commercially aware, and highly organised
