I\’m working with two highly respected Top UK law firm who are looking to appoint a Newly Qualified/Junior Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving and collaborative Southampton or Bournemouth offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ/Junior Solicitor with a passion for corporate work to join a high-performing team dealing with complex and high-value transactions. The team has a strong presence across the South and nationally, advising a wide range of clients including SMEs, PE-backed businesses, and multinational corporates.
This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including:
Mergers & acquisitions
Private equity and venture capital investments
Corporate restructures and reorganisations
Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
General corporate advisory work
You\’ll be working closely with highly experienced Partners and Associates who are recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500. The firm places a strong emphasis on mentoring, development, and early responsibility for junior lawyers.
