My client, a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm known for high-quality work and strong client relationships.
You will handle a varied and engaging caseload, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including:
- Advisory and contentious employment law matters
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- TUPE, redundancies, and restructures
- Day-to-day HR and strategic employment advice
You will work closely with experienced partners and have direct client contact from an early stage.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-4 years' PQE in employment law
