What will you be doing?
You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Business sales and acquisitions.
- Management buyouts.
- Founder exits.
- Shareholders' agreements.
- Joint ventures.
- Private equity and investment transactions.
- Group reorganisations.
- Corporate governance matters.
- Partnership agreements.
You'll also manage your own caseload, support senior lawyers on complex transactions, contribute to business development initiatives and help mentor junior members of the team.

- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in Corporate Law.
- Experience gained in private practice with exposure to corporate transactions.
