An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE to join a growing and ambitious Business team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a broad range of business owners, entrepreneurs and corporate clients on high-quality transactional work across a variety of sectors. You'll join a collaborative team where you'll take ownership of your own matters, work closely with experienced senior lawyers and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

What will you be doing?

You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions.
  • Business sales and acquisitions.
  • Management buyouts.
  • Founder exits.
  • Shareholders' agreements.
  • Joint ventures.
  • Private equity and investment transactions.
  • Group reorganisations.
  • Corporate governance matters.
  • Partnership agreements.

You'll also manage your own caseload, support senior lawyers on complex transactions, contribute to business development initiatives and help mentor junior members of the team.

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in Corporate Law.
